Our Returns Policy
At Lineata Scientific, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. Please review the following guidelines to initiate a return:
Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process:

Contact our Customer Service team at lineatascientific@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Clearly state the reason for the return in your email, and include your order number, contact information, and a photo (if applicable) of the product showing any defects or damage.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an RA number and instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. You may use a shipping carrier of your choice.

Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Lineata Scientific is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Exceptions:

If the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or is not in its original packaging, Lineata Scientific reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct a restocking fee from the refund.

Refunds will not include the original shipping charges.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at lineatascientific@gmail.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.
